INFORMATIVA SUL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI


Sulla base di quanto previsto dall’art. 13 del  Regolamento Generale sulla protezione dei dati (qui di seguito, GDPR (1),  l’Associazione “Comitato italiano per le Assemblee dei Cittadini estratti a sorte – Politici per caso” e l’Associazione “Eumans” (AEU) in qualità di contitolari del trattamento, La informano che i dati personali da Lei forniti ai fini della adesione ad ognuna delle predette Associazioni, ivi compresi i dati particolari (2) ovvero quelli forniti in qualità di simpatizzante o donatore o militante o volontario, ovvero ai fini della mera richiesta di informazioni relative alle iniziative portate avanti dalle stesse,  saranno trattati per esclusive finalità di gestione del rapporto associativo o del diverso rapporto con le stesse intrattenuto, nel rispetto dei Suoi diritti e delle libertà fondamentali, e limitatamente a quanto necessario per il perseguimento del legittimo interesse perseguito dai contitolari.(2) (3)

I Suoi dati saranno trattati da coloro che operano sotto l’autorità dei contitolari, nonché dai soggetti esterni che, ove ritenuto necessario o opportuno, sono nominati responsabili del trattamento.

Il trattamento avverrà sia con strumenti cartacei, che con l’ausilio di apparecchiature elettroniche, nel pieno rispetto dei principi dettati dal GDPR, anche relativamente alla adozione delle misure adeguate a garantire la sicurezza, la protezione e la riservatezza dei Suoi dati personali. 

Il conferimento dei dati personali non è obbligatorio, ma in suo difetto non sarà possibile dare seguito alla gestione del rapporto associativo ovvero gestire la sua posizione in qualità di simpatizzante o donatore o richiedente informazioni.

I dati personali potranno essere comunicati a soggetti terzi presso i quali sono esternalizzati alcuni servizi di natura fiscale, contabile, amministrativa e gestionale. 

I Suoi dati potranno esser utilizzati, previo Suo consenso, anche per l’invio tramite sms, altri sistemi di messaggistica (es: Whatsapp), e-mail, di materiale informativo relativo alle attività ed alle campagne portate avanti dai contitolari per il perseguimento dei relativi fini statutari.

Il consenso potrà esser revocato in ogni momento.

I dati da Lei forniti saranno conservati dopo la cessazione del rapporto associativo, per il solo periodo necessario all’adempimento degli obblighi di legge che i contitolari sono tenuti a rispettare, ovvero per il periodo comunque necessario all’esercizio dei diritti di difesa in caso di contenzioso.

I dati forniti dai simpatizzanti o donatori o militanti e volontari, o richiedenti informazioni, saranno conservati, previo Suo consenso, per il sopra citato invio di materiale informativo.

Ai sensi del GDPR, Le è attribuito l’esercizio di specifici diritti, tra cui, alle condizioni indicate nel GDPR, quello di accedere ai Suoi dati (art. 15), di rettificarli (art. 16), di cancellarli (art. 17), di limitarli (art. 18), nonché il diritto di opporsi al relativo trattamento (art. 21) (4). Tutti i suoi diritti potranno esser esercitati anche mediante la proposizione di un reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Based on the provisions of art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (below, GDPR (1)),  Associazione “Comitato italiano per le Assemblee dei Cittadini estratti a sorte – Politici per caso” and Associazione “Eumans” (AEU) as joint data controllers, inform you that the personal data you have provided for the purposes of joining each of the aforementioned Associations, including the particular data (2) meaning those provided as a sympathizer or donor or militant or volunteer, or for the purpose of a mere request of information related to the initiatives carried out by the associations, will be treated for the exclusive purposes of managing the associations’ relationship or other relationship with them, in compliance with your fundamental rights and freedoms, and limited to what is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest pursued by the joint holders. Your data will be processed by those who operate under the authority of the joint holders, as well as by external subjects who, where deemed necessary or appropriate, are appointed as data processors.

The treatment will take place both with paper instruments and with the aid of electronic equipment, in full compliance with the principles dictated by GDPR, also in relation to the adoption of appropriate measures to guarantee the security, protection and confidentiality of your personal data.

The provision of personal data is not mandatory, but in its absence it will not be possible to follow up the management of the associations’ relationship, meaning managing your position as a sympathizer or donor or as someone requesting information.

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties to whom some fiscal, accounting, administrative and management services are outsourced.

Your data may be used, subject to your consent, also to send informative material relating to the activities and campaigns carried out by the joint holders for the pursuit of the related statutory purposes, via sms, other messaging systems (e.g. WhatsApp), or e-mail.

Consent may be revoked at any time.

The data you provide will be kept after the termination of the associations’ relationship, only for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligations that the joint holders are required to respect, meaning for the period in any case necessary for the exercise of the rights of defence in the event of litigation.

The data provided by sympathizers or donors or militants and volunteers, or people requesting information, will be kept, subject to your consent, for the aforementioned sending of information material.

Pursuant to the GDPR, you are attributed the exercise of specific rights, including, under the conditions indicated in the GDPR, the right to access your data (art.15), to correct them (art.16), to delete them (art.17), to limit them (art.18), as well as the right to oppose the related processing (art.21) (4). All your rights may also be exercised by submitting a complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

The joint holders of the processing are:
